I have a lvl 60/30 alchie. I cannot recieve the Bio skill via platinum skill npc that's in prontera. I was wondering if there are some sort of lvl or skill requirements that aren't stated? I've looked everywhere I could online and have found nothing regarding this issue that I'm having. Any help would be much appreciated.
